Abstract

FIELD: fuel feed systems of diesel engines; manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: pusher is provided with guide part, bearing part with taper end surface and swivel disk with balls located between guide and bearing parts of pusher and kinematically linked with phasing rack. At change of position of phasing rack, height of pusher changes. High-pressure fuel injection pump includes camshaft 2 with cam 3 and sleeve 4. Cam 3 gives support for pusher 6 of plunger 8 located in sleeve 4 which is provided with filling hole 9; plunger 8 has hole 10, circular groove 11, straight edge 12 and bevel edge 13. Tailpiece of sleeve 4 carries swivel bush 16 kinematically linked with metering rack 17. Swivel bush 16 is engageable with plunger 8. Pusher 6 is provided with guide part 20, bearing part 21, swivel disk 12 and bush 23. Bearing part 21 of pusher 6 has taper surface 24; guide part 20 of pusher 6 has radial grooves 25 and swivel disk 22 has through slots 26. Balls 27 are located in slots 26 and in grooves 25. Bush 23 of pusher 6 mounted in pump housing 1 is kinematically linked with phasing rack 28. Bush 23 has guide surface 29 engageable with guide surface 30 of swivel disk 22. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение точности регулирования топливоподачи путем введения регулирования угла опережения впрыскивания топлива. Указанный результат достигается за счет того, что толкатель выполнен с направляющей частью, опорной частью с конусной торцевой поверхностью и поворотным диском с шарами, размещенным между направляющей и опорной частями толкателя и кинематически связанным с фазирующей рейкой. Причем, при изменении положения фазирующей рейки изменяется высота толкателя. Топливный насос высокого давления включает кулачковый вал с кулачком и гильзу. На кулачок опирается толкатель плунжера, размещенного в гильзе. Гильза выполнена с наполнительным отверстием, а плунжер - с отверстием, кольцевой канавкой, прямой кромкой и косой кромкой. На хвостовике гильзы установлена поворотная втулка, кинематически связанная с дозирующей рейкой. Поворотная втулка взаимодействует с плунжером. Толкатель выполнен с направляющей частью, опорной частью, поворотным диском и втулкой. Опорная часть толкателя выполнена 'с конусной поверхностью, направляющая часть - толкателя с радиальными канавками, а поворотный диск - со сквозными пазами. В пазах и канавках размещены шары. Втулка толкателя, установленная в корпусе насоса, кинематически связана с фазирующей рейкой. A plunger plunger placed in a sleeve rests on the cam. The sleeve is made with a filling hole, and the plunger with a hole, an annular groove, a straight edge and an oblique edge. A rotary sleeve kinematically connected to the metering rail is mounted on the liner shank. The rotary sleeve interacts with the plunger. The pusher is made with a guide part, a support part, a rotary disk and a sleeve. The supporting part of the pusher is made 'with a conical surface, the guide part is a pusher with radial grooves, and the rotary disk is with through grooves. Balls are placed in grooves and grooves. The push rod sleeve installed in the pump casing is kinematically connected to the phasing rod. The sleeve has a guide surface that interacts with the guide surface of the rotary disk.
