Abstract

FIELD: removal of oil impurities from water surface. SUBSTANCE: water surface covered with oil film is treated with sorbent - crumbed urea-formaldehyde foam, whereupon oil-impregnated sorbent is collected, squeezed by means of e.g. wringers. Squeezed oil is utilized and sorbent is reused for the following water surface treatment. Crumbed sorbent has the form of random polygons with inscribed circle diameter within 5-10 mm. EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil collection; simplified and less expensive procedure.

Изобретение относится к охране окружающей среды и может быть использовано для очистки поверхности искусственных водоемов; очистных сооружений, рек, озер, болот и морей от загрязнений в виде нефти и жидких нефтепродуктов в различных климатических зонах. Цель изобретания - повышение эффективности сбора нефти при одновременном упрощении и удешевлении способа. Способ заключается в том, что поверхность, покрытую нефтяной пленкой, обрабатывают сорбентом, в качестве которого предлагается использовать измельченный в крошку карбамидоформальдегидный пенопласт, после чего пропитанный нефтью или нефтепродуктом сорбент собирают, отжимают, например, с помощью отжимных валков, отжатую нефть утилизируют, а сорбент направляют для последующей переработки. Измельченный в крошку сорбент имеет форму произвольных объемных многоугольников эквивалентным диаметром в писанной окружности в пределах 5 - 10 мм.The invention relates to environmental protection and can be used to clean the surface of artificial reservoirs; sewage treatment plants, rivers, lakes, swamps and seas from pollution in the form of oil and liquid petroleum products in various climatic zones. The sorbent crushed into crumbs has the shape of arbitrary volumetric polygons with an equivalent diameter in the written circle in the range of 5 - 10 mm.
