Abstract

FIELD: industrial processing of vegetable oils and fats; may be used for purification of hydrogenated fats from remaining amounts of heavy metals, alkali soaps and pigments in production of margarine products. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of fats with finely divided adsorbent with subsequent filtration. Adsorbent is used in the form of powder from natural opokas and tripolites preliminarily calcinated at temperature of 300 ± 50 C for 0.5-1.0 h. Quantity of adsorbent amounts to 0.2 to 1.5% of fat mass depending on quality of purified raw material. EFFECT: simplified technology of preparation and application of adsorbent and higher quality of oil and fat products.

Изобретение относится к области промышленной переработки растительных масел и жиров и может быть использовано для очистки гидрированных жиров от остаточных количеств тяжелых металлов, щелочных мыл, пигментов при производстве маргариновой продукции. Предложен способ очистки гидрированных жиров от следов тяжелых металлов, включающий обработку мелкодисперсным адсорбентом с последующей фильтрацией, позволяющий упростить технологию приготовления и применения адсорбента и повысить качество масложировой продукции. Способ заключается в использовании в качестве адсорбента порошка из природных опок и трепелов, предварительно прокаленных при температуре 300 ±50oС в течение 0,5 - 1,0 ч. Количество адсорбента по отношению к массе масла составляет от 0,2 до 1,5 % в зависимости от качества очищаемого сырья.The invention relates to the field of industrial processing of vegetable oils and fats and can be used to clean hydrogenated fats from residual amounts of heavy metals, alkaline soaps, pigments in the production of margarine products. The method consists in using as an adsorbent a powder from natural flasks and tripoli, previously calcined at a temperature of 300 ± 50 o C for 0.5 to 1.0 hours. The amount of adsorbent in relation to the mass of oil is from 0.2 to 1.5 % depending on the quality of the purified raw materials.
