Abstract

FIELD: devices for stopping leakage of liquids of high activity and fluidity in case of holes in ship hull and in tank cars and tank trucks. SUBSTANCE: device for repair holes has telescopic stem whose movable part 1 is spring-loaded relative to fixed part 2 by means of spring 3; device is also provided with rods 4 articulated with movable part 1 of stem and spring-loaded relative to it by means of plate springs 5, bearing member 6 rigidly connected with fixed part 2 of telescopic stem, patch 7 with sealing gasket 8, hold-down member 9, thrust ring 10 fitted with handles 11. Circular slot 12 provided on end of movable part of stem is used to receive free ends of rods 4 when device is introduced in hole 13 of reservoir 14. Movable part 1 of telescopic stem has longitudinal slots 15 with stops 16 for mounting hinges 17 of rods 4. Free ends of rods 4 are connected with hook 19 of plug 20 by means of cables 18. Plug 20 is located in step bearing 21 connected with rod 22. Layer 23 of cross-linking agent of substance carried is placed inside sealing gasket. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg

Устройство для заделки пробоины в резервуаре содержит телескопический стержень, подвижная часть 1 которого подпружинена относительно неподвижной части 2 посредством пружины 3, штанги 4, шарнирно соединенной с подвижной частью 1 стержня и подпружиненной относительно нее посредством пластинчатых пружин 5, опорный элемент 6, жестко соединенный с неподвижной частью 2 телескопического стержня, пластырь 7 с герметизирующей прокладкой 8, прижимной элемент 9, упорное кольцо 10, имеющее ручки 11. На торце подвижной части стержня выполнен кольцевой паз 12 для размещения свободных концов штанг 4 при введении устройства в пробоину 13 резервуара 14. На подвижной части 1 телескопического стержня выполнены продольные пазы 15 с упорами 16 для размещения в них шарниров 17 штанг 4. Свободные концы штанг 4 посредством тросиков 18 соединены с крючком 19 пробки 20, размещенной в подпятнике 21, соединенным со штангой 22. Внутри герметизирующей прокладки размещен слой 23 структурообразователя перевозимого вещества.
