Электрод для сварки низкоуглеродистых сталей относится к электродным материалам для дуговой сварки преимущественно в ремонтных и монтажных условиях. Цель изобретения: повышение качества сварки и стабильности горения дуги при сварке по незачищенным поверхностям во всех пространственных положениях.
