Abstract

FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to SHF electronic devices, specifically to design of magnetron generators. It may be used in radiolocation, communication and in other branches of industry for generation of SHF signals with changeable frequency. Coaxial magnetron has cathode, internal resonator system and external coaxial resonator with ring tuning element manufactured in the form of monolithic ring ceramic material absorbing SHF energy facing coaxial resonator which end face is coated by metal layer with thickness not exceeding 0.3 thickness of ceramic tuning element and not less than thickness of skin layer of this metal on working frequency of magnetron. EFFECT: increased rate of frequency change and improved reproducibility of frequency of magnetron under mechanical action or during frequency change.

Изобретение относится к технике электронных приборов сверхвысоких частот (СВЧ), а более конкретно к устройству магнетронных генераторов и может быть использовано в радиолокации, связи и других областях техники для генерации перестраиваемых по частоте сигналов СВЧ. Цель изобретения - создание коаксиального магнетрона с повышенной скоростью перестройки частоты и (или) улучшенной воспроизводимостью частоты магнетрона при механических воздействиях или перестройке частоты. Коаксиальный магнетрон содержит катод, внутреннюю резонаторную систему и внешний коаксиальный резонатор, имеющий кольцевой перестраивающий элемент, выполненный в виде монолитного кольца из керамического поглощающего СВЧ энергию материала, обращенный в сторону коаксиального резонатора, торец которого покрыт слоем металла толщиной не более 0,2 от толщины керамического перестраивающего элемента и не менее толщины скин-слоя этого металла на рабочей частоте магнетрона.The invention relates to techniques for electronic devices of ultra-high frequencies (microwave), and more particularly to the device of magnetron generators and can be used in radar, communications and other fields of technology for the generation of frequency-tunable microwave signals.
