Abstract

FIELD: transport engineering; safety seats for drivers or test drivers. SUBSTANCE: safety seat has cushion made for fore-and-aft displacement relative to floor, back squab hinge-connected with cushion and two safety belts one of which is located at breast level and the other at the seat bottom. Novelty in design of seat is that belts are secured by one end through quick-release locks to back squab and are coupled by other end with pulling in drive in rear seat armrest, it any, or on panel in rear portion of saloon. Pulling-in device is coupled with brake system and gearbox main shaft to start pulling in the belts at force depending on speed of automobile at moment of braking and on brake pedal travel. In case of collision seat cushion tears off its locks in runners under action of inertia forces and starts sliding forward along guides. Pulling-in device, holding squab together with driver, makes it tilt backwards into saloon. Automobile of more complicated but more safe design version is furnished with inertia front and side collision and overturning pickups which supply signal to pulling-in device in case of emergency. Изобретение относится к транспортному машиностроению, а более конкретно к устройствам пассивной безопасности транспортного средства, преимущественно автомобиля, и может быть использовано для обеспечения безопасности пользователя автомобилем в случае аварийной ситуации при дорожно-транспортном проишествии или испытаниях. Целью изобретения является повышение степени безопасности пользователя при максимально упрощенной конструкции. Безопасное сиденье содержит подушку сиденья, выполненную с возможностью перемещения вдоль пола, и спинку, соединенную с подушкой шарнирно, а также два ремня безопасности, один из которых расположен на уровне груди, а другой внизу сиденья. Новым является то, что ремни одним концом фиксируются быстроразьемными замками к спинке сиденья, а другим связаны с втягивающим приводом в подлокотнике заднего кресла, если оно есть, либо на панели в задней части салона. Втягивающее устройство связано с тормозной системой и вторичным валом коробки передач так, что при торможении начинает втягивать ремни с усилием, зависящим от скорости движения автомобиля на момент торможения и хода педали тормоза. При столкновении подушка сиденья срывается под действием сил инерции с фиксаторов в полозьях и начинает скользить по направляющим вперед. Втягивающее устройство, удерживая спинку вместе с пользователем, заставляет ее отклоняться назад - внутрь салона. В усложненном, но более безопасном, варианте автомобиль снабжен инерционными датчиками лобового, бокового столкновений и опракидывания, которые в случае аварии подают сигнал на втягивающее устройство. The retractor is connected to the brake system and the secondary shaft of the gearbox so that when braking starts to retract the belts with an effort that depends on the speed of the vehicle at the time of braking and the brake pedal. In a collision, the seat cushion breaks under the influence of inertia from the latches in the runners and begins to slide along the guides forward. The retractor, while holding the backrest with the user, forces it to deviate backward - into the passenger compartment. In a complicated, but safer, version, the car is equipped with inertial sensors for frontal, side collisions and rollovers, which in case of an accident send a signal to the retractor.
