Plant for high-efficiency cleaning of sewage containing oil includes flat filter, ozone treatment chambers of first and second stages and adsorber with injection of excessive part of ozone into it positioned in sequence. Flat filter, pressure floatation chamber and thin-layer chamber are integrated to form unit for preliminary physical-chemical cleaning. Ozone treatment chamber of first stage presents pressure ozone reactor which pipe-line of discharge of ozone-saturated liquid is put into pressure floatation chamber and into ozone treatment chamber of second stage combined with adsorber to form unit for physical-chemical aftercleaning. EFFECT: simplified design, high-efficiency cleaning of sewage and industrial discharges carrying oil. 6 cl, 1 dwg

Изобретение относится к области физико-химической очистки нефтесодержащих сточных вод и промышленных стоков, характеризующимися наличием трудноокисляемых загрязнений. Сущность: установка для глубокой очистки нефтесодержащих сточных вод включает соединенные последовательно плоскостной фильтр, камеры озонирования первой и второй ступеней и адсорбер с введением в него избыточной части озона, причем плоскостной фильтр, камера напорной флотации и тонкослойная камера отстаивания совмещены с образованием узла предварительной физико-химической очистки, камера озонирования первой ступени представляет собой напорный озонореактор, сбросной трубопровод озононасыщенной жидкости которого введен в камеру напорной флотации и камеру озонирования второй ступени, совмещенную с адсорбером и образующими узел физико-химической доочистки. 6 c.п.ф-лы, 1 ил.The invention relates to the field of physico-chemical treatment of oily wastewater and industrial effluents, characterized by the presence of hardly oxidized pollution.
