Abstract

FIELD: load handling equipment for storages. SUBSTANCE: stacker with propelling mechanism which supports a vertical column carrying a lifting cage with load receiving platform. Aforesaid mechanism is made in the form of powered bogie with its drive mounted on the same axle with one of bogie wheels. Mounted on mechanism is a vertical U-shaped column provided with lifting-lowering section having a cross member interconnected by rope with hoisting winch which is mounted one the base secured in upper part of U-shaped column. Also mounted on this base at both sides are pivoted brackets with supporting rollers engaged with main beam. Load receiving platform is provided with telescopic table driven by geared motor with its shaft carrying a driving gear engaged with driven gear fixed on the end of shaft installed in plain bearings. Also mounted on the shaft apart from each other are two gears, each engaging with tooth racks secured on table lower plate installed in guide members, and installed on opposite end of lower plate symmetrically to the axis is one sprocket on each, and installed in opposite ends of base frame symmetrically to the axis is one bracket on each with holes for one line of chain to be fastened to each bracket. Новым в предложенном изобретении является то, что механизм перемещения штабелера выполнен в виде приводной тележки, привод которой установлен на одной оси с осью одного из колес тележки, а на этот механизм установлена вертикальная П-образная колонна, снабженная подъемно-опускной секцией, включающей траверсу, взаимосвязанную посредством троса с подъемной лебедкой, установленной на основании, закрепленном в верхней части П-образной колонны. На этом основании с двух сторон также установлены шарнирно кронштейны с опорными роликами, находящимися в зацеплении с ездовой балкой, а приемная площадка для грузов снабжена телескопическим столом, привод которого представляет собой мотор-редуктор, на валу которого смонтирована ведущая шестерня, входящая в зацепление с ведомой шестерней, закрепленной на конце вала, установленного в подшипниках скольжения, кроме того, на валу смонтированы две шестерни, разнесенные между собой и каждая из которых входит в зацепление с рейками, закрепленными на нижней плите стола, установленной в направляющие, а на противоположных краях нижней плиты, симметрично оси, смонтировано по одной звездочке, а на противоположных краях станины, симметрично оси, установлено по одному кронштейну с отверстиями для крепления к каждому кронштейну по одной ветви цепи, причем верхняя часть нижней плиты выполнена в форме ласточкина хвоста и служит направляющей для верхней плиты, на противоположных краях нижней части которой, симметрично оси, закреплены два кронштейна с отверстиями для крепления цепи.The invention relates to storage facilities and can be used for loading and unloading in multi-tier warehouses and in open areas.
