Abstract

FIELD: applied mechanics; rotary pumps. SUBSTANCE: rotary pump has housing with cylindrical bores made in form of sections: central section and two additional sections located on either side from central one. Width H of central bore is equal to two widths of h and hof additional bores. Mounted eccentrically in bores on parallel eccentric shafts are rotors which form working chambers. Eccentricities on shafts for mounting central rotors are made at angle of 180 deg relative to eccentricities for mounting additional rotors. Bores are interconnected by means of partitions provided with longitudinal grooves where separating plates are mounted. Pump has passages for supply and discharge of working medium. Drive worm is connected with worm wheels secured on shafts of rotor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and productivity and reduced vibration.

Изобретение относится к прикладной механике, в частности к роторным насосам. Цель изобретения - повышение надежности работы, уменьшение вибрации и повышение производительности. Роторный насос состоит из корпуса с цилиндрическими расточками, выполненные секциями - центральную и две дополнительные, расположенные по обе стороны от центральной. Ширина Н центральной расточки равна двум ширинами h + h2 дополнительных расточек. В расточках эксцентрично установлены на параллельных эксцентриковых валах с образованием рабочих камер роторы. Эксцентриситеты на валах под установку центральных роторов выполнены под углом 180o по отношению к эксцентриситетам под установку дополнительных роторов. Расточки соединены между собой перегородками с продольными пазами, в которых установлены разделительные пластины. Имеются каналы подвода и отвода рабочей среды, ведущий червяк, связанный с червячными колесами, закрепленными на валах роторов.The invention relates to applied mechanics, in particular to rotary pumps.
