Abstract
FIELD: electrical and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: process consists in insulation of conductors with plastic material, twisting of pair and triplets, twisting of core from pairs and triplets, application of sheath and protective cover. Copper wire having diameter dfrom 0.1 up to 4.0 mm is used in process. Thermoplastic is used for insulation to achieve insulation thickness δ within the bounds. Twisting into pairs and fours is performed with spacing hwith reference to thickness dof isolated wire within the limits. Twisting of core is conducted from n number of pairs and fours, where n is chosen within limits 1≅ n ≅4000. EFFECT: increased protection of cable from outside and mutual noises. 1 dwg
