Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: α-olefin high molecular weight polymers are polymerized in solution. The process takes place by polymerization of ethylene and/or mixture of ethylene with higher a-olefins C-Cin inert solvent at temperature higher 105 C, catalytic amount of titanium-containing catalyst being used. Said coordination catalyst is activated in inert solvent with the help of solution of alkoxyalkyl aluminium. Mentioned above catalyst is prepared by interaction of two components. The first component contains titanium, the second one is chosen of group comprising alkoxyalkyl aluminium and mixture of alkyl aluminium and alkoxyalkyl aluminium. Said alkyl aluminium has formula AlRXand alkoxyalkyl aluminium has formulawhere each of R, R′ and R″ which may be the same or different, are alkyl or aryl having 1-20 carbon atoms, X is halogen, n is 1-3, m= 0-2. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method, improves quality of desired product.

Claims (1)
