Excessive contribution to the additive sum of effects is provided by specially selected combinations of the remedies mutually complementing and enhancing each other and used each day of the cycle in correspondence with the cyclic processes occurring in hypothalamohypophysiovarian system. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.

Изобретение решает задачу налаживания регулярного ритма менструаций путем воздействия на механизмы циклических процессов в организме. Поставленная задача решается тем, что дополнительно к использованию медикоментозной терапии, витаминов, биостимуляторов и физиотерапевтических процедур назначают адаптогены, циклическую фитотерапию и специальную диету, при этом каждой фазе менструального цикла соответствуют различные комбинации указанных средств и режимы их выполнения согласно предложенной схеме. Сверхсуммарный эффект обеспечивают за счет специально подобранной комбинации средств, взаимно дополняющих и усиливающих друг друга и используемых в каждый день цикла в соответствии с циклическими процессами гипоталамо-гипофизарно-яичниковой системы. При использовании способа у 76% больных полностью нормализовался менструальный цикл и у 24% опсоменорея перешла в нестойкую опсоменорею.The invention solves the problem of establishing a regular rhythm of menstruation by influencing the mechanisms of cyclic processes in the body. When using the method in 76% of patients, the menstrual cycle was completely normalized and in 24% of the opsomenorrhea turned into unstable opsomenorrhea.
