FIELD: virology. SUBSTANCE: method ensures to detect antigen and antibodies to virus in biological materials by using the following complex: IgG-biotin + streptavidine + biotin -β-galactosidase at ratio of streptavidine and biotinylated enzyme = 2:1 or 1:1, respectively. Reaction sensitivity is increased by 25-500 times and provides the detection of 3 lg LD50/ml and 2 lg TCD50/ml virus. The proposed set consists of capacities containing the control and specific antigens; control and specific sera; conjugates: specific IgG-biotin, antispecies IgG-biotin, biotin-b-galactosidase; streptovidine. Изобретение относится к вирусологии, в частности, к способу и набору для обнаружения вируса лихорадки долины Рифт (ЛДР) и антител к нему в биологических материалах, и может быть использовано в в биологической промышленности для наработки наборов. Цель: разработка способа и набора для обнаружения вируса ЛДР и антител к нему в биологических материалах (органных, культуральных, крови). Предлагаемый способ позволяет обнаруживать антиген и антитела к вирусу в биологических материалах путем применения комплекса IgG- биотин+стрептавидин+биотин-β-галактозидаза при соотношении стрептавидина и биотинилированного фермента 2:1 или 1:1 соответственно, благодаря этому чувствительность реакции повышается в 25-500 раз и обеспечивает обнаружение 3 lg ЛД 50/мл и 2 lg ТЦД 50/мл вируса. Предлагаемый набор включает емкости, содержащие контрольный и специфический антигены; контрольную и специфическую сыворотки; конъюгаты: специфический IgG-биотин, антивидовой IgG-биотин, биотин-b-галактозидаза, стрептавидин.The invention relates to virology, in particular, to a method and kit for detecting the Rift Valley fever virus (LDR) and antibodies to it in biological materials, and can be used in the biological industry to generate kits.
