Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно - к нейрохирургии, и предназначено для оперативной фиксации смежных позвонков при их травматической сдвиговой деформации или дегенеративном поражении диска с возможностью динамического наблюдения за состоянием пораженного спинного мозга в послеоперационном периоде. Технический результат изобретения - снижение травматичности и сокращение сроков операции, надежная фиксация смежных позвонков, возможность динамического наблюдения за состоянием спинного мозга, возможность направленной медикаментозной коррекции лечения и определения прогноза, более быстрый переход к реабилитационным мероприятиям.
