Abstract

FIELD: neurosurgery, neurology, and physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: Invention is aimed at treating patients with motor function disorders due to central and peripheral nervous system injury. To that end, projections of motor zone of cortex and spinal cord roots innervating paretic muscles are affected by pulse magnetic field with magnetic induction amplitude 2.0-3.0 tesla and pulse repetition 0.1-0.2 Hz. Each field is stimulated for 1-2 min. Then paretic limbs are subjected to electric neuromiostimulation with sinusoidal modulated currents for 2 min on each field. EFFECT: achieve most full restoration and accelerated treatment time.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to, namely, neurosurgery, neurology, physiotherapy, and can be used to treat patients with motor disorders with damage to the central and peripheral nervous system. The invention is aimed at creating a method for the treatment of paralysis and paresis, providing the most complete recovery and reduction of treatment time due to stimulation by the intense magnetic field of the spinal roots and motor centers of the cerebral cortex. For this, a pulsed magnetic field is applied with a magnetic induction amplitude of 2 - 3 T, a pulse repetition rate of 0.1 - 0.2 Hz on the projection of the motor zone of the cerebral cortex and the roots of the spinal cord innervating paretic muscles. Stimulate for 1 to 2 minutes each field. Then electroneuromyostimulation of paretic limbs is carried out by sinusoidal modulated currents of 2 min each field.
