Сущность изобретения: способ включает смешение азотсодержащей среды с водородом, причем в качестве азотсодержащей среды используют жидкий азот повышенной чистоты с содержанием кислорода не менее 0,0001%, который перед смешением предварительно пропускают через испарители, затем подают на смешение с параметрами водорода - давление (0,1 ± 0,05) кгс/см2 и температурой точкой росы -40oС, а азот - с давлением (0,2 ± 0,05) кгс/см2 и температурой 5 - 20oС.
