Установка для непрерывного изготовления строительных изделий относится к промышленности строительных материалов и предназначена, в основном, для изготовления стеновых блоков из ячеистого бетона безавтоклавного твердения. Установка в соответствии с изобретением состоит из формующего транспортера, формы которого имеют вертикальные поперечные перегородки, бортоснастки в виде двух бесконечных резиновых лент, устройства для подачи ячеистобетонной смеси и движущегося синхронно с формующим транспортером уплотняющего транспортера. Уплотняющий транспортер снабжен уплотняющими пластинами, на рабочей поверхности которых по периметру формуемых блоков установлены фаскообразующие элементы заданной формы. Фаскообразующие элементы, установленные поперек движения транспортеров, расположены от соответствующих кромок пластин на расстоянии не менее половины толщины вертикальных поперечных перегородок форм формующего транспортера, образуя опорные площадки, опирающиеся в процессе изготовления изделий на вертикальные поперечные перегородки форм формующего транспортера. Для увеличения ширины опорных площадок кромки следующих одна за другой пластин могут иметь взаимно сопрягающиеся вырезы и уступы. Рабочая поверхность пластин уплотняющего транспортера может быть плоской или рельефной.
