Abstract

FIELD: means of individual protection of man working in medium with high temperature and air humidity. SUBSTANCE: thermal protection is effected on basis of hard carbon dioxide with ventilation of undersuit space with cooled dry air. Low-temperature gaseous carbon dioxide formed during sublimation of solid carbon dioxide is delivered, apart from air flow, into interlayer space in thermal protection suit and is let out into atmosphere in dispersed manner after circulation in interlayer space. Device for realizing the method has reservoir placed inside housing and filled with solid carbon dioxide, cooling panels and thermal protection suit, and air blower communicating with cooling panel header through space between housing and reservoir. Gas pipe connection of reservoir is coupled with heat-insulated gas channels of thermal protection suit. outlet of gas channels communicates with atmosphere through perforations in upper portion of suit external sheath. EFFECT: enhanced thermal protection of operator.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к средствам индивидуальной защиты человека при работе в среде с высокой температурой и влажностью воздуха. Способ состоит в том, что теплозащиту производят на основе твердого диоксида углерода с вентилированием подкостюмного пространства охлажденным и осушенным воздухом, при этом образующийся при сублимации твердого диоксида углерода низкотемпературный газообразный диоксид углерода подают изолированно от воздушного потока в межслойное пространство теплозащитной одежды и после циркуляции в межслойном пространстве выпускают его рассредоточенно в атмосферу. Устройство для осуществления способа включает расположенный внутри кожуха резервуар, наполненный твердым диоксидом углерода, охлаждающие панели и теплозащитную одежду, воздуходувку, сообщающуюся посредством полости между кожухом и резервуаром с коллектором охлаждающих панелей, при этом газовый патрубок резервуара соединен с теплоизолированными газовыми каналами теплозащитной одежды, выход которых через перфорацию в верхней части внешней оболочки одежды сообщен с атмосферой.The invention relates to personal protective equipment when working in an environment with high temperature and humidity.
