Изобретение относится к катализаторам сероочистки по методу Клауса с получением элементарной серы из содержащих сероводород и диоксид серы газов нефтегазопереработки и цветной металлургии. Целью изобретения является разработка нового катализатора для получения элементарной серы по методу Клауса, обладающего более высокой активностью и устойчивостью к дезактивации, в присутствии примеси кислорода в обрабатываемом газе по сравнению с известными катализаторами аналогичных составов. Это достигается использованием разработанного катализатора состава, мас.%: V2O5 0,5 - 10; Al2O3 5 - 35; CaO 0,1 - 1,0; TiO2 - остальное.The invention relates to desulfurization catalysts according to the Klaus method with the production of elemental sulfur from gas containing hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide, oil and gas refining and non-ferrous metallurgy. The aim of the invention is to develop a new catalyst for the production of elemental sulfur according to the Klaus method, which has a higher activity and resistance to deactivation, in the presence of an oxygen impurity in the gas being processed in comparison with known catalysts of similar compositions. This is achieved using the developed catalyst composition, wt.%: V 2 O 5 0.5 to 10; Al 2 O 3 5 - 35; CaO 0.1-1.0; TiO 2 - the rest.
