Способ относится к технологии подготовки сероводородсодержащей нефти к транспортировке и может использоваться в нефтяной промышленности. Сущность изобретения: подготовку сероводородсодержащей нефти к транспортировке осуществляют путем многоступенчатой сепарации. На конечную ступень сепарации подается на отдувку газ сепарации, очищенный от сероводорода прямым каталитическим окислением кислородом воздуха при соотношении H2S:O2 = 1 : 0,55 oC 0,6 с последующим выделением из реакционных газов серы и подачей на отдувку 5 - 20 м3 очищенного газа на 1 т нефти, причем температуру отдувки поддерживают в пределах 30 - 70oС. Использование предлагаемого способа позволит повысить качество товарной нефти за счет снижения в ней содержания сероводорода при сохранении легких бензиновых фракций; повысить выход товарной нефти, удовлетворяющей требованиям по содержанию сероводорода; снизить энергозатраты за счет уменьшения количества газа, подаваемого на отдувку, до достижения допустимого содержания сероводорода в товарной нефти; уменьшить загрязнение окружающей среды за счет транспортировки товарной нефти с низким содержанием сероводорода.The method relates to the technology of preparing hydrogen sulfide-containing oil for transportation and can be used in the oil industry. Using the proposed method will improve the quality of commercial oil by reducing the content of hydrogen sulfide in it while maintaining light gasoline fractions; to increase the yield of commercial oil that meets the requirements for the content of hydrogen sulfide; reduce energy consumption by reducing the amount of gas supplied to the stripping, to achieve the permissible content of hydrogen sulfide in commercial oil; reduce environmental pollution by transporting low hydrogen sulphide commercial oil.
