The invention relates to a measuring technique, namely, vibration transducers, and can be used for continuous measurement of the mass flow rate of a gas or liquid, for example in the oil and gas processing, chemical, food industries. The device comprises an S-shaped bent pipe with a straight central section, the ends of which are rigidly fixed on the base, the first device for exciting pipe oscillations, including the non-moving and movable part fixed on the straight central section of the pipe, the first and second devices for measuring the parameters of pipe sections oscillations and an electronic unit connected to devices for exciting and measuring oscillation parameters. In order to improve the accuracy of measurements, a second device was introduced to excite tube vibrations, containing a stationary, fixed on the base, and movable parts, a force sensor mounted on a bracket, and a frame rigidly connected to the ends of the straight pipe section and through elastic hinges attached to the base rotatably around an axis located in the plane of the S-shaped tube and perpendicular to the straight central section of the tube, with the fixed part of the first device rigidly attached to the frame to excite oscillations, the movable part of the second device for exciting oscillations of the pipe and one end of the bracket, the second end of the bracket is rigidly attached to the straight central section of the pipe, and the second device for exciting oscillations and the force sensor are connected to the electronic unit, while the force sensor is connected to the bracket through elastic hinges, the axis of maximum rigidity of which is oriented in the direction of the axis of sensitivity of the force sensor.
