3 п. The invention allows to determine the location of automatic control points (AIC) for the network of environmental monitoring of the city, taking into account its climatic and geographical features, providing a limited number of stations located taking into account restricted areas, simultaneously performing the following tasks: providing representative information about the state of atmospheric air in residential areas cities taking into account the distribution of population density; identification and prevention of dangerous environmental situations; forecasting dangerous environmental situations in the atmosphere of the city; determining the likely culprits of increased air pollution in the city, and taking into account the limited number of stations, the need to combine sensors to measure the content of a number of substances and the presence of restricted areas by geographic coordinates. To accomplish the task in determining the location of the APC installation, a generalized functional F = C max • p is used, which is the product of the maximum single concentration C max by the density P of the population at the location of the APC installation. The maximization of this functional with the use of the invention ensures the installation of the network of the agroindustrial complex with regulatory restrictions in densely populated areas with unfavorable environmental conditions. 3 n.
