The device relates to testing equipment, in particular, to devices for determining internal friction of materials, and can be used in developing the synthesis of glass-forming polymer composite and dispersed materials to give them certain deformation parameters in the industry producing and using these materials, as well as for scientific research. The purpose of the invention is to expand the frequency range of research and improve the measurement accuracy of the relaxation characteristics of the spectra of internal friction of the investigated samples of any geometric shape. To achieve this goal, in the device for studying the internal friction spectra in materials, the oscillatory system is a plane-parallel capacitor, in which one of the plates is made in the form of a conductive metal rod with a conductive plate that can move and rigidly fixed on the vertical axis, and the second plate of the plane-parallel capacitor made in the form of a plate rigidly connected to a flexible membrane, which is a substrate for the material under study and hermetically sealed a thermo-cryochamber body captured around the perimeter; the current-carrying plate of a plane-parallel capacitor is electrically connected through a high-frequency generator to a high-frequency demodulator and through a band-pass filter to an amplitude-differential discriminator. 1 il.
