Abstract

FIELD: high-voltage vacuum switch of polarized type (with a magnetic "trip") intended for switching of power high-frequency circuits at no-load. SUBSTANCE: electromagnet in the switch is positioned perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of its vacuum switching part, the electromagnet core can move perpendicularly to this axis in plane coinciding with the direction of movement of the movable contact when it closes the circuit to the fixed contacts, and the contact pressure adjusting mechanism is made in the form of two threaded bushes of magnetosoft metal, for example, low-carbon steel, located coaxially on the center of the base of the electromagnet housing and rigidly secured in them coaxially with the core on its two opposite end faces; movable joint of the core to the vacuum switching part is made with the aid of a dog in the form of a straight rod, whose axis is positioned in the plane of movement of the movable contact perpendicularly to the core axis and coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the vacuum switching part; one end of the dog is rigidly secured in the core at an equal distance from its end faces, and the dog free end is movably joined to the insulator holder, for example, through a bush made of hard metal; the hole in the bush corresponds to the dog diameter and spherically rounded off over the whole contour. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation under the effect of acceleration of mechanical loads and enhanced stability of characteristics at continuous switching without increasing the mass and overall dimensions.

Изобретение относится к конструкции высоковольтного вакуумного переключателя поляризованного типа (с магнитной "защелкой"), предназначенного для коммутации без нагрузки мощных высокочастотных цепей. Цель изобретения - повышение надежности работы в условиях воздействия ускорения механических нагрузок и стабильности характеристик при длительной коммутации без увеличения массы и габаритов. Сущность изобретения: электромагнит в переключателе расположен перпендикулярно продольной оси его вакуумной переключающей части с обеспечением перемещения сердечника электромагнита перпендикулярно к ней в плоскости, совпадающей с направлением перемещения подвижного контакта при замыкании им цепи на неподвижные контакты, а механизм регулирования контактного нажатия выполнен в виде двух резьбовых втулок из магнитомягкого металла, например низкоуглеродистой стали, расположенных аксиально по центру основания корпуса электромагнита и жестко закрепленных в них соосно с сердечником с двух его противоположных торцов, при этом подвижное соединение сердечника с вакуумной переключающей частью выполнено с помощью поводка в форме прямого стержня, ось которого расположена в плоскости перемещения подвижного контакта перпендикулярно оси сердечника и соосно с продольной осью вакуумной переключающей части, причем поводок одним концом жестко закреплен в сердечнике на равном расстоянии от его торцов, а свободный конец поводка подвижно сочленен с держателем изолятора, например, через втулку из твердого металла, отверстие в которой выполнено по диаметру поводка и сферически скруглено по всему контуру.The invention relates to the construction of a polarized type high-voltage vacuum switch (with a magnetic “latch”) designed for switching high-power high-frequency circuits without load.
