Abstract

FIELD: fire-fighting technology. SUBSTANCE: powder is used in agreement with invention as fire-fighting means. It is supplied to source of fire by gas which is generated by burning of pyrotechnical compound. Setting such compound on fire is conducted by its friction against pellet from pyrotechnical compound moved relative to its actuating element. The latter is fabricated in the form of grate and is controlled by spring mechanism of pistol type. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability.
