The invention relates to the radio-electronic industry, in particular to the technology of cleaning units and parts of electronic equipment, mainly printed circuit boards. A feature of the invention is that they form a jet in the form of a jet cavitation flow using a hydro-cavitation generator, and a printed circuit board and hydro-cavitator are placed in a liquid medium in which the jet cavitating flow from the generator is directed perpendicular to the surface of the boards along the axis of the holes with the possibility of collapsing gas-vapor cavitation bubbles inside openings and detachment of micro inclusions protruding on the surface - remnants of material after drilling by produced bubbles and microexplosions with their subsequent flow ash. The impact of the jet stream is carried out at a pressure drop of 0.6 - 10 MPa, and the parameters of the jet stream are determined depending on the diameter of the generator head and the distance between its head and the cleaned board from the condition:
0.2 ≤ (P о / P к ) (l / d) ≤ 0.8,
where P to - hydrostatic pressure in the stream; P about - hydrodynamic pressure in the stream coming from the nozzle of the generator; l is the distance between the generator nozzle and the surface of the board; d is the bore diameter of the generator nozzle. 1 il.
