Abstract

FIELD: pumping plants used for discharging hot water from wells of heat-supply systems, taking water from deep wells or shafts and in fire-fighting systems. SUBSTANCE: hydraulically-driven pumping plant consists of discharging pump driven by hydraulic motor, booster-pump whose outlet branch pipe is connected with inlet branch pipe of hydraulic motor by means of high-pressure pipe line, separation tank whose lower portion is connected to suction branch pipe of booster-pump and upper portion is brought in communication with return line through throttle; its side portion is brought in communication with drain pipe lines by means of normally- closed valve; plant is also provided with additional source of liquid for filling the separation tank and pipe lines before starting the pumping plant and control devices. Lower part of separation tank is tangentially connected to outlet passages of hydraulic motor, discharging pump and additional source of liquid. Fitted in tank is discrete pressure pickup to control booster-pump and additional liquid source. Fitted in series relative to controllable valve is normally-open throttle adjustable according to pressure in tank. Outlet of booster-pump is brought in communication with discharging pipe line by means of ejection nozzle mounted in it. EFFECT: improved service characteristics, automatic start of discharging pump after failure, enhanced reliability, extended field of application.

Гидроприводная насосная установка состоит из откачивающего насоса, приводимого в движение гидродвигателем, насоса-побудителя, выходной патрубок которого связан трубопроводом высокого давления с входным патрубком гидродвигателя, сепарационного бака, нижняя часть которого подключена к всасывающему патрубку насоса-побудителя, верхняя часть через дроссель сообщена со сливом, а боковая часть через нормально закрытый клапан сообщена со сливными патрубками, дополнительного источника жидкости, заполняющего сепарационный бак и трубопроводы перед запуском насосной установки и контрольно-регулирующей аппаратуры. Для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик установки, обеспечения автоматического запуска установки после срыва подачи откачивающего насоса, повышения надежности работы установки, расширения области применения установки по гидравлическим параметрам нижняя часть сепарационного бака тангенциально подключена к выходным каналам гидродвигателя, откачивающего насоса и дополнительного источника жидкости, в баке установлен дискретный датчик давления, управляющий работой насоса-побудителя и дополнительного источника жидкости, последовательно регулируемому вентилю установлен регулируемый по давлению в баке нормально открытый дроссель, выход из насоса-побудителя сообщен с откачивающим трубопроводом посредством установленного в нем эжекционного сопла.The invention relates to pumping units designed for pumping hot water from wells of heating systems, for taking water from deep wells and mines, as well as for fire extinguishing systems.
