Изобретение относится к энергоэкономичным способам выпаривания воды из растворов на многокорпусных вакуум-выпарных установках, в частности из технологических растворов вискозных производств. Сущность изобретения: отработанный технологический раствор дегазируют под вакуумом, нагревают в кожухотрубных подогревателях вторичным паром ступеней испарения и греющим паром и подвергают ступенчатому адиабатическому испарению. Конденсат подогревателей дважды дросселируют и образующийся вторичный пар возвращают в процесс в качестве греющего пара. Вторичный пар дегазатора конденсируют водой и выводят с установки. При производительности установки 21000 кг/ч по выпаренной воде удельный расход греющего пара составляет 250 кг/1000 кг выпаренной воды, энергии всех видов - 660 МДж/1000 кг H2O и охлаждающей воды - 350 м3/ч. По другому способу реализации изобретения вторичный пар дегазатора нейтрализуют, сушат, подвергают сжатию в механическом устройстве сжатия (МСП) и используют в качестве греющего пара в нагревателях. Удельный расход свежего пара составил 3,2 кг/1000 кг выпаренной воды, энергии всех видов - 166 МДж/1000 кг H2O и охлаждающей воды - 18 м3/ч.The invention relates to energy-efficient methods for evaporating water from solutions in multi-body vacuum-evaporation plants, in particular from technological solutions of viscose production. The secondary vapor of the degasser is condensed with water and removed from the installation. With a unit capacity of 21,000 kg / h for evaporated water, the specific consumption of heating steam is 250 kg / 1,000 kg of evaporated water, energy of all types is 660 MJ / 1000 kg H 2 O and cooling water is 350 m 3 / h. According to another embodiment of the invention, the secondary vapor of the degasser is neutralized, dried, compressed in a mechanical compression device (ICP) and used as heating steam in heaters. The specific consumption of fresh steam amounted to 3.2 kg / 1000 kg of evaporated water, energy of all kinds - 166 MJ / 1000 kg of H 2 O and cooling water - 18 m 3 / h.
