A light-scattering and light-emitting matrix built into a panel lamp with end LED illumination, characterized in that it is a woven material in the form of a web of threads of polymeric material, each warp thread is interwoven with each weft thread, and the material of the threads contains fillers in the form of photoluminophores on a garnet base of the general formula A3B5O12: M, where A is yttrium, gadolinium or lutetium, B is aluminum or gallium, M is cerium, europium or chromium or mixtures thereof, as well as modifications containing organosilicon, and whether zinc silicate, or zirconium, or phosphate treatment, changing the color rendering of LEDs, in particular, in the direction of strengthening the yellow-green part of the spectrum, which is most favorably perceived by the human eye.
Description
The invention relates to light-scattering and light-emitting devices built into panel lights with LED end lighting to illuminate the human environment.
It is known (US 7473022 B2, Jan. 6, 2009 - analogue and prototype) that flat panel lights are used to illuminate indoor spaces, which use an optical device in the form of a transparent panel with LED end lighting. The operation of such luminaires is based on the phenomenon of total internal reflection of light in the panel and its scattering on optically inhomogeneous elements of the scattering and reflective matrix. Matrix elements are obtained, in particular, by engraving with a mechanical cutter or laser.
The disadvantage of these devices is the impossibility of changing the color rendering of LEDs or converting the blue part of the emission spectrum of the cheapest LEDs into visible light of a satisfactory color perception for the human eye.
The essence of the utility model and the technical result consists in expanding the color gamut of light emission of luminaires using a light-scattering and additionally emitting matrix of photoluminophore diffusers, including with their long afterglow to provide emergency lighting, which is built into the panel using serial automatic equipment.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the luminaire includes flat lighting fixtures, including an optical device in the form of a transparent rectangular panel, to the end of which there is an LED emitter, one front side of the panel is a light-emitting surface, and on the opposite side it is made separate optically heterogeneous elements, the combination of which (matrix) scatters towards the light-emitting surface the light flux radiated from the end of the panel, propagating inside it due to the effect of total internal reflection. Unlike the prototype, the matrix is built into the panel and is a woven material in the form of a fabric of threads of a polymeric material, for example, polycarbonate, with each warp thread interwoven with each weft thread. The material of the filaments contains fillers in the form of photoluminophores based on garnet of the general formula A 3 B 5 O 12 : M, where A is yttrium, gadolinium or lutetium, B is aluminum or gallium, M is cerium, europium or chromium or mixtures thereof, and also containing their modifications with organosilicon or zinc silicate, or zirconium, or phosphate treatment, changing the color rendering of LEDs, in particular, in the direction of amplification of the yellow-green part of the spectrum, which is most favorably perceived by the human eye.
