Изобретение относится к кухонной утвари, в частности к посуде для жарения и печения. Цель: повышение надежности крепления ручки к емкости сковороды при сохранении быстросъемности, а также обеспечение возможности небольших угловых поворотов сковороды за ручку. Сковорода содержит емкость с кронштейном, съемную ручку, узел крепления ручки к кронштейну с пружинным механизмом. Новым в сковороде является то, что узел крепления включает язычок, выполненный на конце ручки сковороды, на поверхности которого установлен шарнирно крючок с зацепом. Ось шарнирного соединения размещена ниже края зацепа крючка. На плоской верхней грани кронштейна имеется прорезь, в которую входит зацеп. В язычке и крючке имеются конические гнезда, в которых расположена пружина.
