Claims (1)

Изобретение позволяет снизить потери урожая при уборке, увеличить равномерность подачи срезанной массы на обмолот и повысить эксплуатационную надежность агрегата. По данному способу одновременно с подводом к режущему аппарату (РА) выполняют разрушение взаимосвязей сцепленных между собой растений, а срезанные растения равномерно вбрасывают в поток воздуха (ПВ) с подачей последним на транспортирующие органы. Агрегат включает жатку, блок вентиляторов (БВ), пассивные стеблеподъемники, трубчатый вал (ТВ), с пальцевым механизмом (ПМ), привод БВ и ТВ. БВ установлен с возможностью перемещения его по высоте, в продольном направлении, а также изменения направления ПВ. ТВ закреплен на днище жатки, между РА и шнеком, причем пальцы ПМ с определенным шагом размещены по всей длине ТВ и в положении максимального выхода их из ТВ располагаются впереди РА. В процессе работы агрегата стеблеподъемники приподнимают растения. Пальцы ПМ захватывают их и разрушают имеющиеся между ними взаимосвязи, ПВ прижимает отделенные растения к РА и ТВ, а срезанные растения пальцами ПМ равномерно вбрасываются в ПВ с подачей последним под шнек.The invention allows to reduce crop losses during harvesting, increase the uniformity of supply of the cut mass to threshing and increase the operational reliability of the unit.
