Изобретение относится к теплогидроизоляционным веществам для покрытия трубопроводов, эксплуатирующихся в районах вечной мерзлоты, под водой и при больших перепадах давлений и температур внутри и вне трубопровода. Предлагаемое вещество для покрытия трубопроводов согласно изобретению содержит новые компоненты: стеклянные микросферы, пластификатор и эпоксидную связующую, модифицированную эпоксидную смолу ЭД-20, а в целом вещество содержит компоненты при следующем соотношении, мас.%: стеклянные микросферы диаметром 200 - 300 микрон 25 - 35; отвердитель полиэтиленполиамин (ПЭПА) 8 - 10; пластификатор полиизобутилен И-200 3 - 5; эпоксидная связующая, смола ЭД-20 (модифицированная) остальное. При этом толщина стенки микросфер составляет 0,0025 от диаметра. Полученная замкнуто-пористая композиция с полыми микросферами, заполненная лучшим теплоизолятором - воздухом, придает композиции полную водонепроницаемость и повышенные теплоизоляционные свойства, высокую механичсекую прочность и коэффициент линейного расширения, совместимый с металлом трубы.The invention relates to heat-insulating substances for coating pipelines operating in permafrost areas, under water and at high pressure and temperature differences inside and outside the pipeline. The thickness of the wall of the microspheres is 0,0025 from the diameter. The resulting closed-porous composition with hollow microspheres, filled with the best heat insulator - air, gives the composition complete waterproofness and increased thermal insulation properties, high mechanical strength and linear expansion coefficient, compatible with the metal of the pipe.
