Устройство содержит размещенные на приводной тележке ротор с катушкой проволоки и копиром, механизм для зажима конца проволоки, вязальную головку и узел резки. Механизм зажима конца проволоки выполнен в виде корпуса, установленных внутри него двуплечего рычага, двух губок, одна из которых закреплена неподвижно, а другая с отверстием "а" - шарнирно на одном из плеч двуплечего рычага и фиксатора положения подвижной губки. На другом плече рычага смонтирован ролик, имеющий возможность взаимодействия с копиром. Фиксатор положения выполнен в виде подпружиненного пальца с конической поверхностью на конце, одноплечего рычага, связанного штифтом с пальцем, и упора, закрепленного на свободном конце рычага. При этом упор и палец имеют возможность взаимодействия соответственно с упором вязальной головки и конической внутренней поверхностью отверстия "а" подвижной губки. Благодаря такому выполнению обеспечивается контакт ролика; рычага, несущего подвижную губку, с копиром без применения силового цилиндра, а также ее фиксацию в таком положении посредством бесприводного фиксатора.The invention can be used in rolling production, in devices for strapping wire rental package. The position lock is made in the form of a spring-loaded finger with a conical surface at the end, a one-armed lever connected by a pin to the finger, and a stop fixed on the free end of the lever. In this case, the emphasis and the finger are able to interact with the emphasis of the knitting head and the conical inner surface of the hole "a" of the movable jaw. Thanks to this embodiment, contact of the roller is ensured; a lever carrying a movable sponge with a copier without using a power cylinder, as well as its fixation in this position by means of a non-power lock.
