- Настоящее изобретение относится к способу и реагентам для определения ионов в жидкостях, в котором измеряют влияние этих ионов на активность фермента. Таким ионам являются например, ионы натрия, калия, кальция, магния, марганца, лития, свинца, цинка, меди, железа, или других тяжелых металлов или неметаллические ионы, включающие хлорид, бикарбонат, протоны, аммоний, вещества, из которых образуется аммоний. В качестве ферментов могут быть использованы трансфераза, гидролиза, оксиредуктаза или лиаза. Существенной частью изобретения является способ исключения мешающих ионов, в котором скрывают эти мешающие ионы с помощью связующего агента.
