Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к оториноларингологии, в частности к патологии околоносовых пазух. Сущность способа лечения эксудативных гайморитов заключается в том, что устранение патологического эксудативного процесса в верхнечелюстной пазухе проводят путем эвакуации содержимого с помощью пункции иглой Куликовского. С целью повышения эффективности и сокращения сроков лечения сразу же после пункции проводят низкочастотные биовибростимуляции снаружи на область передней поверхности стенки верхнечелюстной пазухи вибромассажным прибором отечественного производства (ВПМ-2). Курс лечения 5 - 8 дней, ежедневно, один раз в день. Первые две - три пункции проводят в сочетании пункции пазухи и ее биовибростимуляции. Остальные процедуры - только биовибростимуляция пазухи.
