Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к кардиологии и интенсивной терапии, к инструментальным методам диагностики и лечения нарушений ритма сердца, может быть использовано в кардиохирургии. Для осуществления указанного способа необходимо использование рентгеновской установки с электронно-оптическим преобразователем, время манипуляции ограничено с учетом лучевых нагрузок на пациента и персонал. Предлагаемый способ локализации электрода для электрокардиостимуляции желудочков сердца отличается тем, что, с целью повышения безопасности способа локализацию электрода осуществляют под контролем двухмерной эхокардиографии Способ был с успехом без осложнений применен у 32 больных, направленных для проведения электрофизиологического исследования и лечебной электрокардиостимуляции, что указывает на его преимущества.The invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and intensive care, to instrumental methods for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, can be used in cardiac surgery.
