Устройство относится к технике получения гранулированных продуктов и может быть использовано в пищевой, химической, медицинской, химико-фармацевтической и других отраслях промышленности, где нужно получать гранулы из пастообразных и вязких продуктов. Устройство для получения гранулированных продуктов состоит из цилиндрического корпуса, днища, мешалки, включающей цилиндрическую часть с конусом и лопастями, расположенными на образующей цилиндра по винтовой линии. В днище выполнены отверстия для получения гранул. Мешалка укреплена своей конусной частью на вертикальном валу. Мешалка приводится во вращение электродвигателем через клиновой ремень и редуктор. Новым в устройстве для получения гранулированного продукта является то, что мешалка выполнена в виде цилиндра с конусом наверху, лопасти расположены на образующей цилиндра по винтовой линии, а отверстия в днище для получения гранул выполнены в три ряда на кольцевом пространстве между корпусом и цилиндрической частью мешалки так, что расстояние между крайними отверстиями в соседних рядах равно шагу t отверстий в ряду.The device relates to a technique for producing granulated products and can be used in food, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and other industries where it is necessary to obtain granules from pasty and viscous products.
