Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а именно к предпосевной обработке семян сельскохозяйственных культур для повышения всхожести и увеличения урожайности. Способ предпосевной обработки семян заключается в облучении их серией от 400 до 1000 импульсов магнитного поля длительностью 10 - 40 мкс и амплитудой напряженности 70 - 150 кА/м. Устройство для реализации способа состоит из формирователя импульсов электрического тока и излучателя магнитного поля. Формирователь содержит блок питания, конденсаторный накопитель электрической энергии, ключевое устройство и блок управления ключевым устройством, причем блок питания соединен с конденсаторным накопителем и блоком управления ключевым устройством, который подключен к управляющему входу ключевого устройства, а конденсаторный накопитель и последовательно соединенное с ним ключевое устройство подключены на выходе формирователя к излучателю магнитного поля, выполненному в виде соленоида. На вход формирователя подается переменное напряжение промышленной сети 220 В, 50 Гц. В течение положительного полупериода ключевое устройство закрыто и происходит заряд конденсаторного накопителя через блок питания. In the negative half-cycle, the control unit opens the key device and the capacitor storage is discharged through the key device to the solenoid, which creates a magnetic field pulse in the emitter. The circuit returns to its original state and the cycle repeats, forming a sequence of magnetic field pulses.
