The invention relates to analog electronic equipment and can be used in the construction of circuits for accurate measurement of small constant or slowly varying voltages and output voltages of preamplifiers-normalizers operating under conditions that require galvanic separation of the input and output circuits. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the operation of the Converter in astatic mode, which increases the accuracy of its work. The converter contains two modulators — an input and a negative feedback circuit, an AC amplifier, a demodulator, a smoothing filter, a switching voltage generator, and an isolation transformer made with the primary and two secondary windings — the output and the feedback winding, the primary winding of which is connected to the output of the input modulator, the output winding is connected to the input of the AC amplifier, and the feedback winding is connected to the output of the modulator of the feedback circuit. An integrator has been entered into the negative feedback circuit, the output of the filter is connected to the integrator input, and the integrator output is connected to the modulator input in the feedback circuit and is simultaneously the output of the converter.
