Abstract
PURPOSE: To use a magnetic core and a circuit with low cost through increased conversion accuracy, by setting the sampling period including the phase so that the energizing currnt is zero, in an isolation amplifying circuit used for signal transmission of an instrument control device.
CONSTITUTION: An input DC voltage applied at terminals T1, T2 is applied to the primary winding of an isolation transformer TF1 via an amplifier A11 and analog switches (SW)11, 12. On the other hand, a rectangular wave output of an oscillator OSC is given to the amplifier A11 via diodes (D) 1∼4 to switch the SWs 11, 12 alternately and to produce alternating magnetic flux. The output is given to terminals T3, T4 via SWs 15, 16 and an amplifier 12. The output of the oscillator OSC switches the SWs 15, 16 via sampling period set circuits STa, STb and is given to an amplifier 20 via D5∼8. The said sampling period is set including the phase where the energizing current of a transformer TF1 is zero, and the obtained signal is stored in a capacitor C6, allowing to make input and output voltages equal.
