Изобретение относится к области химической технологии, в частности к способам парогазовой обработки поверхности дисперсных материалов и может быть использовано для получения пигментов, наполнителей, индикаторов, активных керамических масс и других материалов. Цель изобретения - снижение энергоемкости и повышение надежности процесса парогазовой обработки дисперсных материалов при сохранении качества конечного продукта. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в способе термохимической парогазовой обработки дисперсных материалов в виброкипящем слое при продувке газа-носителя и пара (газа) реагента с последущим удалением в токе газа-носителя непрореагировавшего реагента и образовавшихся газообразных продуктов виброкипящей слой создают путем наложения колебательных воздействий в резонансном режиме на удаляемый газ. Предлагаемое техническое решение позволяет снизить в два и более раза (в зависимости от габаритов обрабатываемых слоев) энергозатраты при термохимической обработке дисперсных материалов при сохранении достигнутого качества конечного продукта, а также повысить надежность вследствие возможности его осуществления в аппарате с неподвижным корпусом.The invention relates to the field of chemical technology, in particular to methods of gas-vapor treatment of the surface of dispersed materials and can be used to obtain pigments, fillers, indicators, active ceramic masses and other materials. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the method of thermochemical vapor-gas treatment of dispersed materials in a vibro-boiling layer while blowing a carrier gas and reagent vapor (gas), followed by removal of unreacted reagent and the resulting gaseous products in the carrier gas, the vibro-boiling layer is created by applying vibrational effects in resonant mode on the removed gas. The proposed technical solution allows to reduce two or more times (depending on the dimensions of the processed layers) energy consumption during the thermochemical processing of dispersed materials while maintaining the achieved quality of the final product, as well as to increase reliability due to the possibility of its implementation in a device with a fixed body.
