Цель изобретения - повышение эффективности изменения температуры движущегося газового потока в вихревой трубе. Вихревая труба, содержит улитку со спиральным рабочим каналом, сочлененную с входным и выходным патрубками. Новым в изобретении является то, что рабочий канал улитки выполнен в виде пространственной спирали, причем сечение канала выполнено расширяющимся по направлению движения газа.
