Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к артрологии и может быть использовано при лечении пострадавших при аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС. Цель изобретения - сокращение сроков лечения и исключение бальнеопатологических реакций. Это достигается тем, что после периода адаптации на фоне сероводородной бальнеотерапии в дни, свободные от ванн, назначают магнитофорез витамина Е на пораженные суставы (от аппарата "Полюс-1"). При этом поверхность сустава предварительно обрабатывают раствором димексида в разведении 1 : 3, через 15 мин на этот участок послойно накладывают прокладки: фильтровальная бумага, пропитанная 30% альфа-токоферол ацетата, матерчатая прокладка с физиологическим раствором и слой провощенной бумаги и контактно подключают магнит.
