Предлагаемое изобретение относится к области очистки вод от радиоактивных изотопов цезия с помощью неорганических сорбентов. Техническим результатом изобретения является улучшение качества очистки, увеличение жесткости фиксации сорбированного цезия в структуре фильтрующего материала. Указанный результат достигается тем, что очистку вод от цезия-137 осуществляют фильтрованием через пористый композиционный материал, состоящий из вермикулита и пенополивинилформаля со степенью ацеталирования 50 - 70% при соотношении компонентов 15 - 85 : 85 - 15 соответственно.The present invention relates to the field of water purification from radioactive cesium isotopes using inorganic sorbents. The technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning, increase the stiffness of fixation of sorbed cesium in the structure of the filter material. This result is achieved by the fact that the purification of water from cesium-137 is carried out by filtration through a porous composite material consisting of vermiculite and polyvinylformal with a degree of acetalization of 50–70% with a component ratio of 15–85: 85–15, respectively.
