Способ регенерации включает термическую обработку серной кислоты при 410 - 420oС и давлении 0,04 oC 0,06 МПа, каталитическое окисление технологического газа без предварительной его осушки на катализаторе марки V К 38 АХ фирмы " Халдор Топсе " и катализаторе дожига углеводородов на основе окислов металлов при 410 - 430 oС, охлаждение полученного газа до температуры, значительно превышающей температуру точки росы серной кислоты, и получение товарной серной кислоты в конденсаторе-концентраторе стекающего слоя. Способ регенерации прост, надежен, характеризуется более низкими капитальными и эксплуатационными затратами и обеспечивает уменьшение загрязнения окружающей среды.The method relates to the technology of regeneration of spent sulfuric acid and can be used at the enterprises of the refining, petrochemical and chemical industries.
