Изобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к медицинской микробиологии, и может быть использовано в гастроэнтерологии для выявления Helicobacter pulori. Цель изобретения - повышение точности диагностики за счет повышения чувствительности теста. Сущность изобретения: в стерильную пробирку вносят извлеченный в процессе эндоскопии биоптат, добавляют асептично 0,3 мл 10%-го раствора мочевины в бидистиллированной воде и 0,1 - 0,2 мл реактива Несслера, инкубируют 5-10 мин при комнатной температуре. При наличии в исследуемом материале Helicobacter pulori происходит расщепление мочевины с образованием аммиака, что обуславливает появление вокруг исследуемого материала желто-коричневого кольца при слабой обсемененности или желто-бурого осадка при умеренной и выраженной обсемененности. Предложенный способ увеличивает чувствительность теста до 100%, вследствие чего повышается точность диагностики.The invention relates to medicine, namely to medical microbiology, and can be used in gastroenterology to identify Helicobacter pulori. In the presence of Helicobacter pulori in the test material, urea splits with the formation of ammonia, which causes the appearance of a yellow-brown ring around the test material in case of weak seeding or a yellow-brown precipitate with moderate and severe seeding. The proposed method increases the sensitivity of the test to 100%, resulting in increased diagnostic accuracy.
