Разработан способ диагностики септических состояний путем исследования супернатанта, который получается из биологических жидкостей путем осаждения крупномолекулярных белков. Цель изобретения - повышение чувствительности и надежности способа и ускорение диагностики. Супернатант исследуют в слабокислой среде в зоне ультрафиолета в диапазоне длин волн 238-300 нм и в случае выявления эффекта зазубренности на спектрограмме судят о наличии септического состояния.A method has been developed for the diagnosis of septic conditions by examining the supernatant, which is obtained from biological fluids by precipitation of large molecular proteins.
