Claims (1)

Сущность изобретения: в способе получения кверцетина путем обработки древесины лиственницы водным раствором бисульфита натрия щелочного или щелочно-земельного металла или бисульфита аммония, отделения отработанного раствора, содержащего флавоноиды, охлаждения полученного раствора кверцетина и его последующего выделения обработку древесины лиственницы проводят водным бисульфитсодержащим раствором при 25 - 100oC, а отделенный отработанный раствор, содержащий дигидрокварцетин, подвергают термообработке при 125 - 145oC. При этом используют водный бисульфитсодержащий раствор с pH 4 - 6,0.
