Изобретение обеспечивает получение эффективного состава для обработки скважины и(или) призабойной зоны пласта и способа обработки скважины и(или) призабойной зоны пласта. Для этого состав для обработки скважины и(или) призабойной зоны пласта включает, мас. %: биоценоз углеводородокисляющий бактерий - 0,08 - 0,2, соли диаммонийфосфат и ацетата натрия - 0,1 - 0,2 и воду. Для стимуляции роста микроорганизмов состав дополнительно содержит биостимулятор: натрия бикарбонат - 0,05 - 0,1% или аммонийную соль янтарной и уксусной кислот или дезоксирибонуклеазу - (8,5 - 10)10-5%. Способ обработки скважины и(или) призабойной зоны пласта включает закачку предлагаемого состава. При обработке призабойной зоны пласта после закачки состава проводят выдержку в течение 5 - 7 дней, а при обработке скважины и призабойной зоны пласта предлагаемый состав циркулирует по системе насосно-компрессорные трубы - затрубное пространство в течение 5 - 7 суток.
